Trish Farley Promoted to Vice President of Finance

Former Director of Treasury to Lead on Accounting and Finance Opportunities

GPS Hospitality, one of the nation’s fastest-growing franchisees of BURGER KING® and Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen restaurants, is proud to announce the promotion of Trish Farley to Vice President of Finance. Previously, Farley held the position of Director of Treasury for GPS Hospitality.

Farley will oversee a team of more than 25 financial professionals, providing leadership and financial support with respect to GPS Hospitality’s wide portfolio of nearly 400 restaurants nationwide and company accounting and payroll functions.

As Director of Treasury, Farley provided oversight for GPS Hospitality’s banking transactions, products and services and helped manage the company’s debt and investments. Farley has been with GPS Hospitality since May of 2017 and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and treasury roles.

“Trish Farley’s extensive experience makes her the perfect fit for the Vice President of Finance position,” said CFO Scott Jasinski. “We’re excited to see her continual growth within the company and how she will be a driving force for GPS’ future plans.”

Prior to joining GPS Hospitality, Farley served as a Controller with Hooters for nearly six years and with AmRest, an Applebee’s franchisee with more than 100 units, for more than 12 years. Farley graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and has a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.

“During my short tenure at GPS Hospitality as Director of Treasury, I’ve been astounded by its growth and capacity to scale quickly,” said Trish Farley, Vice President of Finance. “I am delighted to continue my professional journey with GPS and look forward to continuing to support our Operations team.”

Farley is assuming her new role with GPS Hospitality after the company recently celebrated its 5-year anniversary. Since its founding in October 2012, GPS Hospitality has grown to employ more than 13,000 employees with restaurants in 11 states and a focus on hiring goal-focused, high achievers.
