GPS Instagram Launch Employee Contest Rules
THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT GPS HOSPITALITY EMPLOYEES
SEE BELOW FOR FULL CONTEST DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).
CONTEST PERIOD
1. The Contest (the “GPS Launch Contest”) begins on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, August, 14, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Contest is open to all current GPS Hospitality employees, excluding District Leaders and Support Center employees.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
3. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of GPS Hospitality, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER
4. To participate in this Contest you must:
a. Have a valid Instagram account (an “Account”). If you do not have an Account, visit www.Instagram.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Instagram account.
b. Become a follower (a “Follower”) of the @gpshospitality account.
c. Set your account to be publicly accessible or else allow @GPSHospitality to follow your account before the end of the contest.
d. To enter into the Contest, participant MUST publish a post that includes the following in its description:
i. @gpshospitality
ii. “Restaurant #” (i.e.: BK or Popeyes #1234)
iii. #TeamGPS
e. Comply with Instagram Terms of Service available at www.Instagram.com.
5. Contest participants may be entered a maximum of seven times during the course of the Contest Period as described in Section 4, above and in accordance with these Rules. Use of any automated system to submit Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING YOUR USERNAME AND PROFILE PICTURE) MAY BE POSTED ON TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, LINKEDIN AND/OR GPS HOSPITALITY’s WEBSITE, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED AND COMMENTED ON BY GPS HOSPITALITY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
PRIZES
6. General Prize (3 winners) : $25 VISA gift card
7. Grand Prizes (1 winner): $250 VISA gift card
PRIZE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
8. Winners will be chosen and notified based on the following criteria:
a. GPS will review eligible posts, described in Section 4, at the conclusion of the contest and will select the top four (4) posts that have received the greatest number of “likes.”
b. The entrant whose eligible post receives the most likes total will be deemed the “Grand Prize” winner. The other three selected posts will receive a “General Prize.” The Grand Prize winner will not be eligible for a General Prize.
c. GPS will notify winners via Direct Message (“a DM”) to confirm their selection and GPS will provide details on how employees can collect their prizes.
d. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, GPS Hospitality may select an alternate potential winners in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
