GPS Hospitality Employee Twitter Contest Rules
THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT GPS HOSPITALITY EMPLOYEES
SEE BELOW FOR FULL CONTEST DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).
CONTEST PERIOD
1. The Contest begins on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday, February, 26, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
a. Daily Entry Period: 9:15 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
b. Grand Prize Contest Period: February 15 – February 26, 2016
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Contest is open to all current GPS Hospitality employees.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
3. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of GPS Hospitality, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER
4. To participate in this Contest you must:
a. Have a valid Twitter account (an “Account”). If you do not have an Account, visit www.twitter.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Twitter account.
b. Become a follower (a “Follower”) of the @gpshospitality account.
c. To enter into Contest, participant MUST submit an initial tweet that includes the following:
i. @gpshospitality
ii. BK “Restaurant #” (i.e.: BK #1234)
iii. #teamgps
d. Comply with Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules available at www.twitter.com.
e. Conform to Twitter’s (140) character limitation, including the Hashtag.
5. You will receive one (1) daily Entry in the Contest when you correctly participate in each daily challenge as described in Section 3, above and in accordance with these Rules. LIMIT (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/ACCOUNT PER DAY (regardless of how many times you submit a Tweet). For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can only use one (1) Account to participate in the Contest. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter from multiple accounts during the Contest Period, then all your Entries will be void. Use of any automated system to submit Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING YOUR USERNAME AND PROFILE PICTURE) MAY BE POSTED ON TWITTER, LINKEDIN AND/OR GPS HOSPITALITY’s WEBSITE, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED (BY USERS OF TWITTER AND VARIOUS OTHER INTERNET-BASED SITES) AND COMMENTED ON BY GPS HOSPITALITY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

7. Grand Prizes (3 winners):

c. Coca-Cola bicycle
DAILY PRIZES – SELECTION PROCESS
8. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing for each Daily Entry Period (for a total of twelve (12) potential winners) within one (1) business day of each Daily Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Daily winners will be announced by GPS Hospitality on Twitter via public tweet.
GRAND PRIZES – SELECTION PROCESS
9. On February 29, 2016, GPS Hospitality will select three (3) potential Grand Prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during Contest Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. GPS Hospitality will announce potential winners on Twitter via public tweets and will also attempt to notify the potential winners via Twitter Direct Message on February 29, 2016. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, GPS Hospitality may select an alternate potential winners in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
