Contest Rules

THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT GPS HOSPITALITY EMPLOYEES. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

SEE BELOW FOR FULL CONTEST DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).

CONTEST PERIOD

  1. The Contest begins on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday, August, 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
    • Daily Entry Period: 10:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
      1. Tuesday, August 1, 2017
      2. Wednesday, August 2, 2017
      3. Thursday, August 3, 2017
    • Grand Prize Period: August 1 – August 18, 2017

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Contest is open to all current GPS Hospitality employees.
  2. Participants may submit one (1) Daily Entry per day, when applicable, and one (1) Grand Prize entry total during the Contest Period.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

  1. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of GPS Hospitality, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. To participate in the Daily Entry portion of the Contest you must:
    1. Have a valid Facebook account (an “Account”). If you do not have an Account, visit Facebook.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Facebook account.
    2. Like the GPS Hospitality Facebook page with your Account.
    3. Like an eligible post during the Daily Entry Period
    4. Comply with Facebook Terms of Service and Facebook Rules available at Facebook.com.
  2. To participate in the Grand Prize portion of the Contest you must:
    1. Have a valid Facebook account (an “Account”). If you do not have an Account, visit Facebook.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Facebook account.
    2. Like the GPS Hospitality Facebook page with your Account.
    3. Submit your personal information and answer all questions via the “Contest” tab found on GPS Hospitality’s Facebook page.
    4. Comply with Facebook Terms of Service and Facebook Rules available at Facebook.com.
  1. You will receive one (1) Daily Entry in the Contest when you correctly participate in each daily challenge as described in Section 5, above and in accordance with these Rules. LIMIT (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/ACCOUNT PER DAY (regardless of how many times you like GPS Hospitality posts). For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can only use one (1) Account to participate in the Contest. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter from multiple accounts during the Contest Period, then all your Entries will be void. Use of any automated system to submit Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING YOUR USERNAME AND PROFILE PICTURE) MAY BE POSTED ON TWITTER, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, LINKEDIN AND/OR GPS HOSPITALITY’S WEBSITE, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED (BY USERS OF FACEBOOK AND VARIOUS OTHER INTERNET-BASED SITES) AND COMMENTED ON BY GPS HOSPITALITY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

PRIZES

  1. Daily Prizes (1 winner per day):
    1. Tuesday, August 1: Amazon Fire 7 Tablet
    2. Wednesday, August 2: Amazon Echo Dot
    3. Thursday, August 3: Roku Streaming Stick
  2. Grand Prize (1 winner):
    1. $250 VISA gift card

DAILY PRIZES – SELECTION PROCESS

  1. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing for each Daily Entry Period (for a total of three (3) potential winners) within one (1) business day of each Daily Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Daily winners will be contacted privately by GPS Hospitality. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, GPS Hospitality may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.

GRAND PRIZE – SELECTION PROCESS

  1. On August 18, 2017, GPS Hospitality will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. GPS Hospitality will attempt to privately contact potential winners via Facebook Messenger and/or through their managers by no later than September 1, 2017. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, GPS Hospitality may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
